Safety is always on the top of our list so you can be sure nothing will ever be compromised for safety. At Riteway we know how important safety is, through our professional associations and daily operations we make sure that we stay current with all DOT, airport, city and state licenses.

Our Safety Director, David Butcher, is an integral part of our management team. Riteway has specific Chauffeur trainers who assist in our training programs. Our safety training includes customer service training, this training is conducted quarterly and it covers:

• Defensive driving
• Weather related driving skills
• Customer service enhancements
• Sleep apnea and health related topics

We support our drivers and customers with 24-hour dispatch services. We offer you peace of mind knowing that a qualified Riteway staff member is always available to assist with any emergencies that may arise.
